YP Classics 6606 Retro Trucker Cap – Custom Embroidery

The YP Classics 6606 Retro Trucker is a structured six-panel mid-profile cap with a clean silhouette built for consistent embroidery results. The standard blend runs 74/26 polyester/cotton with a mesh back and Permacurv visor that holds its curve without manual shaping.

A few fabric and colorway variations worth knowing: Camo runs 85/15 polyester/cotton with a black undervisor. Multicam is 60/39/1 polyester/cotton/spandex, also with a black undervisor. Kryptek and Veil colorways are 100% polyester with a silver undervisor — note these come with a YP four-bar logo pre-placed on the wearer's right side. Heather/Black and Heather/White feature grey undervisors. Snapback closure fits a wide range of head sizes.

Your logo is embroidered directly in our Denver metro workshop on a Ricoma MT-1501 commercial machine. Full color by nature — no ink limitations. Front panel placement is standard; additional placement locations available at checkout. Every order starts with a digital mockup — production doesn't begin until you approve it.
