What are your minimum order quantities?
We specialize in professional branding with low minimums. Embroidery commissions start at just 5 pieces. DTF printing requires a 10-piece minimum per design, and screen printing requires a 25-piece minimum.
How long does production take?
Our standard turnaround is 8–12 business days. Important: The production clock begins only after you have provided written approval of your digital mockup.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees—ever. Our pricing includes professional digitizing and embroidery up to 10,000 stitches. For complex "Art-Grade" designs over this limit, we will consult with you before production begins.
Why is a signature required?
To protect your custom investment from "porch pirates," all orders require a signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping to a business address where someone is available during standard hours.
Can I visit the Workshop?
To maintain the focus and quality of our craft, our Lakewood workshop is By Appointment Only. Please visit our Contact Page to message our team and schedule a private design consultation.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. While we are Colorado-based, we provide secure, signature-required shipping to all 50 states. Elite Free Shipping is automatically applied to all commissions over $1,000.00.
