Welcome to Denver Prints Atelier. These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Denver Prints Atelier LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. By commissioning our services or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. The Custom Production Contract By placing an order, you are entering into a binding contract for custom-manufactured goods.

  • Payment: Full payment is required before production or garment sourcing begins.
  • Final Sale: Because all items are permanently decorated to your unique specifications, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright Shield We respect the creativity of our clients but must protect our workshop from legal liability regarding the artwork provided.

  • Customer Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own the rights to any logos, designs, or trademarks submitted for production or have obtained explicit legal permission for their use.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Denver Prints Atelier LLC harmless from any legal claims, damages, or costs arising from the unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material provided by you.
  • Ownership of Files: All original design work, digital mockups, and technical embroidery digitizing files created by DPA remain the property of Denver Prints Atelier LLC unless a separate ownership transfer fee is agreed upon in writing.

3. Production & Turnaround Times

  • Standard Turnaround: Most orders are completed within 6–12 business days from the date of payment and final mockup approval.
  • Order Complexity: Due to the custom nature of our work, some orders may take longer. High-volume orders, multi-location designs, high-density embroidery, or garment backorders may extend this timeline. We will communicate any delays proactively.
  • Estimates Only: Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Accuracy: Production will follow the approved digital mockup exactly. DPA is not liable for spelling errors, color choices, or placement details that were present in and approved by the customer.

4. Shipping & Local Services

  • Nationwide Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $1,000. All other orders are subject to flat-rate or carrier-calculated fees.
  • Local Pickup: Free pickup is available at our Lakewood workshop by scheduled appointment only.
  • Local Delivery: White-Glove hand-delivery is available within a 15-mile radius of our Lakewood workshop for a flat $35.00 service fee. This option appears automatically at checkout for eligible addresses.

5. Cancellations & Fees Orders move into our production queue immediately.

  • Window: Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of order placement.
  • Restocking Fee: If blank garments have already been ordered from our suppliers at the time of cancellation, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return logistics.

6. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, and any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Jefferson County.
