SHIPPING & PRODUCTION POLICY Last updated: May 13, 2026

At Denver Prints Atelier LLC, we specialize in precision-crafted custom apparel and branding. Every item is made-to-order in our Lakewood workshop to your exact specifications. Our shipping and production policies are designed to protect the integrity of your custom investment.

1. Production Turnaround (The "Approval Clock") To ensure absolute accuracy, we do not begin production until your design is perfected.

  • The Production Window: Most orders are completed within 6–12 business days from the date the following two conditions are met:
    1. Full payment has been captured.
    2. You have provided written approval of your final digital mockup.
  • Order Complexity: Due to the custom nature of our work, some orders may take longer. Multi-location designs, high-density embroidery, or garment sourcing delays can extend your timeline. We will always communicate any changes proactively.
  • Customer Delays: Any delay in responding to mockup approvals or design clarifications will directly extend your delivery date. Denver Prints Atelier is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by delayed customer approvals.
  • Note: Production time does not include transit time once your package leaves our facility.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA Only) We serve boutique and corporate clients across all 50 United States. We do not offer international shipping via our standard checkout.

  • Elite Brand Shipping: Orders totaling $1,000.00 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping (Signature Required) within the USA.
  • In-State (Colorado): Standard shipping for Colorado addresses is a flat rate of $20.00.
  • National Shipping: Standard shipping for all other U.S. states is a flat rate of $40.00.

3. Local Services (Lakewood & Denver Metro)

  • Workshop Pickup (Free): Available at our Lakewood facility by appointment only. You will be notified via email to schedule a pickup window once your order has passed our final quality inspection.
  • White-Glove Delivery ($35.00): Hand-delivery is available to business addresses within a 15-mile radius of our Lakewood workshop. This option will appear automatically at checkout for eligible addresses.
  • Out-of-Radius Delivery: DPA reserves the right to revert delivery requests to standard shipping if the address provided is outside our 15-mile service zone.

4. Security, Fraud Protection & "Porch Pirates" Because our products are custom-made and cannot be resold, we take specific measures to ensure they reach your hands safely.

  • Signature Requirement: For your security and to prevent theft, all orders require a signature upon delivery. We highly recommend shipping to a business address where someone is available during standard delivery hours.
  • Risk of Loss: Once a package is accepted and scanned by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), the risk of loss passes to the customer. DPA is not liable for packages stolen after a verified "Delivered" status.
  • Evidence of Delivery: We utilize carrier-provided GPS and signature/photo confirmation to verify successful delivery.
