The Gildan 2400 Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve T-Shirt is a heavyweight 6 oz. 100% U.S. cotton blank built for high-impact custom printing. Engineered for improved printability — ink lands clean, details stay sharp, and it holds up through repeated washing without breaking down.

Classic fit with a rib collar, taped neck and shoulders, rib cuffs, and a tear-away label for a clean branded finish. Solid colorways are 100% cotton. Blend exceptions: Ash Grey runs 99/1 cotton/poly, Sport Grey is 90/10, and Dark Heather plus all Safety Colors are 50/50 cotton/poly. Safety Green meets ANSI/ISEA 107 high-visibility standards as an undecorated blank.

Screen printing is done in-house at our Denver metro workshop — 1-color print on both front and back. Ink is pressed directly into the fabric for a durable, professional finish built to last through repeated washing.
