The Gildan 2400 Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve T-Shirt is a heavyweight 6 oz. cotton blank built for high-impact custom printing. Made with 100% U.S. cotton and engineered for improved printability — colors land clean, details stay sharp.

Classic fit with a rib collar, taped neck and shoulders, rib cuffs, and a tear-away label for a clean branded finish. Solid colorways are 100% cotton. A few exceptions worth noting: Ash Grey runs 99/1 cotton/poly, Sport Grey is 90/10, and Dark Heather plus all Safety Colors are 50/50 cotton/poly blends.

Safety Green is compliant with ANSI/ISEA 107 high-visibility standards — a practical option for crews that need visibility on the job without sacrificing branded presentation. Natural colorway is undyed fabric; visible fiber specks are natural and expected.

DTF printing means unlimited colors, gradients, and fine detail — no minimums per color, no screens, no limitations on artwork complexity. Prints are applied via heat transfer in our Denver metro workshop. Front and back placement available; additional locations configurable at checkout. Every order starts with a digital mockup — production doesn't begin until you approve it.
