The Gildan 2000 Ultra Cotton T-Shirt is one of the most proven blanks in the industry — a 6 oz. 100% U.S. cotton classic fit tee engineered for improved printability. Ink lands clean, coverage is consistent, and it holds up through repeated washing without breaking down.

Classic fit with a rib collar, taped neck and shoulders, and a tear-away label for a clean branded finish. Solid colorways are 100% cotton. Blend exceptions: Ash Grey runs 99/1 cotton/poly, Sport Grey and Antique Colors are 90/10, and Heather and Safety Colors are 50/50 cotton/poly. Safety Green meets ANSI/ISEA 107 high-visibility standards as an undecorated blank. PFD White is a specialty colorway with no optical brighteners for more consistent dye adherence — body and sleeve lengths are slightly increased on this colorway to account for shrinkage.

Screen printing is done in-house at our Denver metro workshop — 1-color, 1-sided print. Ink is pressed directly into the fabric for a durable, professional finish built to last through repeated washing.
