The Gildan 2000 Ultra Cotton T-Shirt is one of the most proven blanks in the industry — a 6 oz. 100% U.S. cotton classic fit tee built for clean, durable custom printing. Engineered for improved printability, colors land crisp and artwork holds up wash after wash.

Rib collar, taped neck and shoulders, and a tear-away label for a clean branded finish. Solid colorways are 100% cotton. Blend exceptions: Ash Grey runs 99/1 cotton/poly, Sport Grey and Antique Colors are 90/10, and Heather and Safety Colors are 50/50 cotton/poly.

Safety Green meets ANSI/ISEA 107 high-visibility standards — workwear-ready straight off the shelf. Natural colorway is undyed; visible fiber specks are part of the fabric, not a defect. PFD White is a specialty colorway with no optical brighteners, designed for more consistent dye adherence — body and sleeve lengths are slightly increased on this colorway to account for shrinkage.

DTF printing means unlimited colors, gradients, and fine detail — no screens, no color limits, no restrictions on artwork complexity. Prints are applied via heat transfer in our Denver metro workshop. Front and back placement available; additional locations configurable at checkout. Every order starts with a digital mockup — production doesn't begin until you approve it.
