The Gildan 18000 Heavy Blend Crewneck is a workhorse uniform piece — 8 oz. 50/50 cotton/poly construction with a high-quality face yarn that delivers a smoother printing surface and resists pilling over time. Clean, classic silhouette that works across industries and team sizes.

Classic fit with 1x1 rib cuffs and waistband with spandex for shape retention and stretch recovery, and a tear-away label for a clean branded finish. Standard colorways run 50/50 cotton/poly. Heather Dark Green, Heather Dark Maroon, Heather Dark Navy, Heather Deep Royal, and Heather Scarlet Red are 60/40 polyester/cotton. Safety Green meets ANSI/ISEA 107 high-visibility standards as an undecorated blank.

Screen printing is done in-house at our Denver metro workshop — 1-color print on both front and back. Ink is pressed directly into the fabric for a durable, professional finish built to last through repeated washing.
