Flexfit 6277 Cotton Blend Fitted Cap – Custom Embroidery

The Flexfit 6277 is the original fitted cap — structured, mid-profile, six-panel construction with a clean silhouette that's been a uniform and branding staple for decades. The standard colorways run a 63/34/3 polyester/cotton/PU spandex twill blend, giving it stretch, shape retention, and a comfortable all-day fit.

The Permacurv visor holds its curve without manual shaping, and sewn eyelets keep the crown clean and structured. Silver undervisor is standard across most colors.

A few fabric and colorway variations worth knowing: Multicam runs 98/2 cotton/PU spandex with a black undervisor. Kryptek and Veil colorways are 100% polyester with water-repellent technology and also carry a black undervisor — note these come with a YP four-bar logo pre-placed on the wearer's right side. Alpine features a white undervisor. Camouflage patterns may include brand logos on the fabric itself.

XL/2XL sizing is available in Black, Dark Grey, Dark Navy, and Navy only.

Your logo is embroidered directly in our Denver metro workshop on a Ricoma MT-1501 commercial machine. Full color by nature — no ink limitations. Front panel placement is standard; production doesn't begin until you approve your digital mockup.
